Anna Matthews is everything her sister was not...now. Once upon a time, Anna had been the one losing her virginity at fourteen in the treehouse in their backyard, running around with boys way after curfew, and falling in love. Anna seemed to have the perfect high school romance, straight down to the cheesy proposal at graduation. She was happy, until it all came crashing down and she found herself divorced at nineteen. She packed up and left the tiny town of Grayson Falls, Montana and to this day has never looked back. Chase Branson didn't believe in love, not anymore. He was not even sure he had enough heart left in him for love, not that he had any desire for it. He'd moved on from his ex-wife, left the family farm, and is now a very successful local politician. While not exactly happy, he was perfectly content with his life, until his dad got sick. And then everything changed. Despite belief that she would never come back, Anna found herself doing just that, for her former father-in-law's funeral. Suddenly thrown back into the arms of the family who'd once embraced her so thoroughly, she was forced to realize just how much she'd missed the little town and it's people. Her only dilemma is whether or not she can work through her issues with her ex-husband quickly enough to tolerate staying.
