An Unexpected Watery Change

During Syrus' second summer vacation since going to Duel Academy, he decided to go on a small boat trip because he doesn't know if he could face his own brother after what happened.

He hoped that the trip would clear his mind. But he didn't expect to fall overboard during a storm, thinking he would drown.

He was saved by Tiff, a mermaid princess, who wrapped him in magical seaweed that turned Syrus into a merman.

Afterwards, the human-turned-merman adapts to his new life.

But a year later, Syrus' not so recent past returns to him. And he doesn't know what to do.

This is an AU where all that bad stuff in seasons 3 and 4 of Yu-gi-Oh GX never happened.
