"What was it like to be normal...?"
I couldn't remember. It had already been 3 years since that day. The day the human existence was wiped out. Sadly to say, I just had to be the last one standing. The last "human" in our side of the world.
To explain it in simply terms, One day a wave of light hit the world. One by one, young and old, were hit by this light. Three things happened. You either died instantly, survived but got consumed by the power given to you, or you lived. However, you weren't human anymore.
Vampires, Werewolves.....basically anything you could think of with your imagination became reality. Everyone except me of course. Just a helpless human.
I was trapped in a lab. I was a test subject for a long time.... let's not get into that.
When 2 years passed, a counsel was formed. I don't know who these individuals are but they became our leaders or government. Within a short period of time, regions were made, borders created and everyone started to realize where they belonged...Accept for me.....
Now, I'm a human lab rat, with apparently no physically attributes to categorize me besides from the lovely tattoo scars that run down my thighs to feet, the "large" magic potential within my body that can't be detected since its apparently "Dormant" , and having this cat that can change into a scythe....
I never would have guessed how crazy and unrealistic this world became. This was my new reality.
How will I possibly survive going to a school filled with demons who have enough intelligence NOT to kill you cause its against the "rules". I guess, I'm about to find out.

I mentally sighed and stared at him. The person they belonged to said "Mine!!!!" and buried his head into my neck and I could feel his nose moving against my skin and my neck was met with sparks, was he SNIFFING ME?! "You motherfucker, I am not a possession and I do NOT belong to anyone. So if you could move your sexy body out of the way, I would appreciate it. Also don't sniff people you weirdo." I tried to push him away but he growled at me and held me so I couldn't move. I brought my leg up and kicked him in the family jewels. Bending down I whisper in his ear, "don't mess with me sweetheart and never call me yours." He growled lowly. "Oh you also might want to get a cough drop for that throat of yours," with that I walked off and swayed my hips back and forth. ~~~ Read this book to find out what happens!
