Astro is a 14-year-old boy in junior high that really isn't a star student, often flunking his tests. However after a bad day, Astro is surprised to encounter a Rock dog thing that can talk! The dog pebble, grants Astro the power to transform into Sailor Astro, a fighter who is to save the world against the Twisted Kingdom and its evil ruler, Twisted Dandy. Of course, Astro can't do it alone, and there are others who will help him on the way... (This is a joke don't take it seriously)

Sprout Seedly, your average commoner, joins the competition for money to help his best friend, Cosmo, but when he's qualified for a knight, things change fast. Delilah orders Sprout as Astro's personal guard, in which Astro takes as offense, since he believes he can live without protection, and refuses to be guarded like some gem. Though, as time goes on, he grows found of the knight as he helps him through a lot of different challenges.
