Michelangelo and his brothers, along with their father, were fighting Shredder in a Krang facility when an explosion separated them, scattering the turtles across different states. Michelangelo landed near New York, where he was found by his allies, but exposure to retromutagen transformed him into a 17-year-old human boy. As Mikey and his friends searched for his brothers and Splinter, they faced attacks from Shredder and his allies. Mikey suffered injuries that left him scarred and partially blinded. During the journey, Mikey found love with a mutant wolf, whose bite gave him wolf-like traits. Eventually, Mikey reunited with his family, only to discover shocking truths about his past and that Shredder had rebuilt his army. Now, Michelangelo must navigate his new identity, rekindle his bonds with his brothers, and confront the ongoing threat of Shredder.All Rights Reserved

Mikey and Tasneem started dating sometime after them and finally, Jesse and Leo started after them. When Leonardo comes home from his long venture, there is an immediate strain on his relationship with Raphael while mysterious Foot Clan activity and monster sightings cause additional difficulty. The teenage terrapins must somehow renew and strengthen their bond if they are to have any hope of defeating an evil industrialist's army of ancient monsters.
