Clive Dove is a new transfer student to Paris High. There he meets Raphael a young boy with a secret identity that only few know of. On his second day at school he is warned about Phantom R - a notorious thief who steals artefacts from the Louvre.
Raphael - also known as the Phantom R - finds out about an artefact that should lead him to his father. However, when he meets Clive he discovers that Clive is also after the same artefact with an unknown agenda. Who will get to the artefact first and what effect will it have on Paris?
