He is always willing to help other toons and offer them what they want or need! Although...some may not want to buy what he offers. Dandy tries to be a nice guy but sometimes gets hated on and starts to be hard on himself. His good friend, Astro though; helps him. Not wanting to see his friend upset like this. But...throughout the story, things start to escalate and worry everyone...
