In the world of Quriks, Heros and Villains, the Elysium Federation rises as a nation dedicated to the Quirkless, carving out a place of strength and resilience amid a hero-dominated society. Founded by Quirkless visionaries, Elysium is a militaristic state with a deep love for its military and a commitment to honor, unity, and independence. Isolated and self-sustaining, Elysium focuses on technological advancements and disciplined training, creating an elite military force equipped to rival even the most powerful Quirk-wielding heroes.

Pendragon Academy stands at the heart of Elysium, training young recruits to become the nation's future soldiers, strategists, and leaders. Students train rigorously across specialized tracks, mastering everything from ground combat to engineering, under the guidance of experienced veterans and faculty.

As Elysium gains influence, tensions with other hero-led nations rise. Neighboring countries, wary of Elysium's militaristic prowess and disdain for the hero society model, begin to view the Federation as a threat. Meanwhile, Elysium's growing support among the world's Quirkless populations sparks diplomatic strains, with rumors of underground networks aiding Quirkless individuals seeking sanctuary.

In the face of a society that often disregards the Quirkless, Elysium stands as a beacon of defiance, unity, and power, proving that heroism and strength go beyond Quirks. Their isolationist stance and martial culture set the stage for a conflict that may reshape the global balance of power, as Elysium champions the Quirkless with unbreakable resolve.
