I ran as fast as I could along the road. I didn't know what I ran from, but I knew there were someone or something behind me. The ground shaked as they ran with their eyes on me. I felt their gaze at my back. They were close. I'm not Fast enough.
"Stop running." A voice filled with power said next to me. It gave me shivers. I stopped and looked around. I saw four wolves that headed In my direction. I didn't feel threatened anymore but I felt safe. I knew they wouldn't attack me. The man with the voice wasn't there. "What now? What shall I do?" I asked, more to myself than to Him.
"Pick one of them"
What? One of them? Why should I pick? I took a deep breath and turned around to face the wolves. My eyes wandered over the black wolf, to the brown, to the gray and at last. The white with the black half circle beside her left eye. It stood there majestically and I felt the connection. A tingling warmed my body when I saw her in her eyes. I want her, I thought.
