Cain Vasquez, a skilled cardiac surgeon, had stumbled upon an ancient amulet that has connections to the Lord of the Underworld, Hades. It had granted him extraordinary powers and abilities which enabled him as the Avatar of Hades.

As he grasps the knowledge of becoming Hades's Avatar, he had found it increasingly difficult to juggle his medical career with his, now, divine responsibilities. With each passing day, Cain became more adept with his role only to discover and uncover an existing cult that are intent on harnessing the Gods powers to unleashed chaos, endangering both the divine and mortal worlds.
