Unevia is threatened by an army of  demons. Raelyn, a white-haired orphan, is thrust into a destiny she never sought. When a mysterious locket binds itself to her, she discovers its connection to an ancient weapon-the only hope against the demons ravaging her homeland. With her loyal companion Rakz and an unlikely band of allies, including a hardened knight and a stern magus, Raelyn must unlock the locket's power and find the weapon of the gods.

As she journeys across Unevia's treacherous landscapes-from the misty forests of the elves to the fiery halls of dwarven forges-Raelyn struggles with the locket's burdens, and her own fears. The darkness spreads, and with it, the stakes rise. Will the weapon of the gods be enough to halt the oncoming shadow, or will Unevia fall to the dark forces of Baragor?
