Bill Cipher, currently losing his mind in therapy, sends a book he's made to his captor, the Axolotl. After reading a few pages, the axolotl begins to hear premonitions of a dark future for dimension 46. In efforts to escape these feelings, they reincarnate a small part of them, breaking the laws of time and Physics - being confiscated by the time police and brought to the Theraprism. And their cellmate? Bill Cipher.
Now with the appearance of a human girl and the 'knowledge' of the book, she seeks to learn more, even if it means helping Bill escape.
