The world is nearly in ruins until a group of survivor's called The Creators manage to make a community where people will be tested if they have the strength and courage to survive a world of diseases.
15 Year old Ruth Atar lives in this world.
She feels as if her community isnt the same from the books she has read. This triggers something in the creators and they force her out of the community.
Now Ruth must build her own Community and save the people from the terror The Creators will cause.
She now has two enemies,
The Creators and The World.
