Penelope Forbes was your average sweet, shy, sixteen year-old girl. She had two best friends, a waiter at the diner who was absolutely head-over-heals for her, a little sister, and a loving mom. She worked as an assistant in the public library and had a wonderful reputation at school. While most teens would go out and party any time they got the chance, Penelope would much rather sit at home and binge-watch a show or two on Netflix.
And then, there's Adam Clifton. The school's bad boy. He was cocky, arrogant, and just plain rude. He treated girls like toys and would break their hearts just for fun. No one really knew a lot about him except for his two friends. That's right. Two. What happens when these complete opposites cross each other's paths on several different occasions? Will they be forced to become friends or hate each other for ever?

So this is your average cliche story. It's just that story for all hormonal teenage girls who love cheesy romantic comedies or guys who love them as well. Whatever. So enjoy!

Lilly Thatcher is a 21-year-old university student. She's your classic goody two shoes reader girl. She was sweet and innocent to everyone she knew. But the phrase 'it's always the innocent ones' was coined for someone like her. Under her innocent little facade, she reads and writes smut. Not that this is a bad thing, but she likes to keep it a secret. She doesn't want anyone to know. Lilly has always had a thing for the university bad boy. She doesn't really know him, but she sees him in a class every other day, and sees him in the halls constantly. But has he ever even noticed her? Probably not. He's too busy partying and doing other bad things. Right? Nick Levine is a 21-year-old university student. He's a smart guy, but doesn't really show it. He's your typical bad boy. Partying, drinking, smoking, tattoos. His tough exterior has attracted girls for many years, specifically the schools good girl. What people don't know about him is that he loves to read. Romance novels, smut, all of it. Recently, he has begun to notice the schools good girl. Lilly Thatcher. He sees her in classes, in the halls, usually nose stuck in a book. He doesn't really know her, but he would love to. Has she noticed him before though? Probably not. She's to busy studying, reading, and writing. Right? Can they finally face their traumatic pasts and allow themselves to fall in love? Or will they block each other out in an attempt to keep themselves from getting hurt again?
