Star tear, a disease caused by one-sided or unrequited love. During the early stages of this disease, the patient will begin to cry twinkling stars. The disease is not deadly in itself however, it can cause severe vision issues and can lead to blindness if not surgically treated.

Another cure to this disease is reciprocation of love. If the patient's love is reciprocated, the star tear disease will automatically be treated.

It is a disease that is beautiful but slowly blinds you.
