Nathan Gray has been apart of Milton County's mental institute ever since his twelfth birthday. When he turns seventeen the institute deems him ready for society once again. Allowing him to experience his last year of high school. Along the way he meets Eliza Gurden who has a story of her own. Nathan's situation gives many the decision of whether or not Nathan should be trusted.
