Dean Winchester was just raised from Hell. Disoriented and angry, he meets a mysterious girl named Cosette, who appears out of thin air to offer a ride back to the people who can explain what happened after he bit the dust. Wary that she might be more than she appears, Dean accepts Cosettes offer, and she takes him to his mentor Bobby and his brother Sam, who are instantly suspicious of the beautiful woman. But when real demons show up, and her real identity is revealed, Dean finds he got more than he bargained for when he accepted that ride. Now he worries Cosette wants something for her troubles. And even more baffling is her response; thanks are not required.
