The door creaked open, and Yoon Ji-Hyun stepped inside. Soo-Young rushed to her, desperation etched on her face. "Officer, please... I need to go. He needs me. He's all I have left. There's no one else to care for him." Tears streamed down Soo-Young's face as she grasped Ji-Hyun's hands.
"Please, He's a heart patient and needs surgery ASAP. That's why I did it. I had no other choice. I'll do anything to save him."
Ji-Hyun's gaze searched Soo-Young's face. "I'll free you from all charges... and give you a substantial amount of money," Ji-Hyun said. Soo-Young's eyes widened, hope surging through her veins.
