Home.. What is home? Is there any difference between a home and a house? Well, i guess there is.. For me, a house is just a structural design. Well, let's see, a house can be made of wood or brick even a simple block can . Ofcourse with its roof, floor, walls and furnitures.. but, can you really call a house a home? Well, ofcourse! NOT. You can only call a house a home when a house contains a FAMILY.. Wherein the LOVE and AFFECTION is there.. can you call a family, A FAMILY when one of the so called parents fell out of LOVE and only living in the same roof with her wife because of their child and MARRIAGE? Can it still be called LOVE when only one of them is giving LOVE?

He was where I curled up and cried. He was where I felt most comfortable. He was where no makeup was worn. He was my foundation. He built me up, but I never felt like I was truly his home. I knew I was his true home, but I felt like nothing but his guest house, where he'd stay when he was drunk or just had a lot on his mind. Where he'd crash when he was on a downfall. Where he felt most comfortable, sometimes... Only sometimes. But, I still loved him... I had no place to judge him, seeing as though I wasn't even a halfway house when we met... I just wish my home was more welcoming sometimes. I wish my home had warm colors on his walls so I could feel more at ease sometimes. I wish my home had no doors so he wouldn't be able to shut me out so often. I wish my home was made out of something other than bricks and steel so he couldn't be so cold sometimes.. One night, he told me, "As long as I'm your home... You'll never need any other shelter." So, I stayed. And, I got adjusted to those black and white walls and those hard doors and that foundation made of bricks and steel. I made a home out of him, and I'm living comfortably sheltered from the world. I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.Complete

We were never supposed to marry, and our marriage was wrong because of many reasons but it didn't take him a single second before he shouted in front of the whole village and said that I am his wife and marry me in front of them. And I was just standing there like a statue because what could I have done when my own family is in different country and the person whom I was getting married ran away leaving me to get killed by the goons. He saved me when no one was there for me, when everyone was against me and wanted to kill me. He stood there like a rock and become my shield and my husband. And this is where our story of endless love and fight begins. And all of this just because we are from different religion and society will never accept our marriage and love. All of this started because of that tremendously awful day when it was announced that our country is getting divided into two parts and that we have to leave our country, my home where I was born and brought up. The partition of 1947 changed my life for forever. I am Noor and this is my story of Love and War with those whom I used to thought were my loved ones.Complete
Maze of memories
People always say every life should be cherished. That every single one of them is equally fragile and precious. Like a beautiful glass sculpture or the blossoming flowers in spring. But the thing is, everyone's definition of beautiful is different. Some people prefer roses over orchids. Some of them like sculptures of people whereas others like sculptures of animals. And so there are times when even the most beautiful sculpture gets thrown away like trash or forgotten somewhere because they found one that's prettier. The beautiful flowers that bloomed in spring will wither away and eventually become nothing but dust. There are times when a sculpture in itself could be really beautiful but a tiny flaw will make people deem it as a "mistake". The flowers that are left to wither away just because they miss a leave, or because they aren't the right size or the right colour. So you see that saying about every life being equally precious?, yeah that only counts for the "perfect" ones. Still some of these faulty sculptures and broken flowers managed to make it into the world. They would be facing the harsh reality of this world and would have to fight to survive. Some of them would unfortunately lose this fight in the end, leaving to a faraway place in hopes to find peace and quiet. Still just being able to make it this far in this harsh world is something to be proud of, as friends and family will forever remember these brave individuals who fought hard to survive until the very end.Complete
