The journey of creating a milestone starts with a single step. Work exposure for the sports management students at the "Indian Oil WNC Indian Navy Half Marathon 2024" is the gateway toward that landmark. 

The volunteering opportunity through Sports Timing Solutions provided the students with valuable on-field experience and taught them the essential real-time responsibilities required to conduct any sporting event. 

"Working along with the navy officers and being a part of the management team for the event taught me the importance of precision, discipline, and effective teamwork", shared Raunak, a Sports Management student of IISM. 

The students, further applied their problem-solving skills and communication methods taught at the classroom to align necessary tasks of the marathon event . 

Moreover, networking with sports business industry professionals provided them with a platform to explore career paths in the sports domain.IISM Students Volunteered at Indian Oil WNC Indian Navy Half Marathon 2024!
