Skylar has just moved to England the beginning of this year. She's living in a small apartment with her best friend, Scarlett, and going to Manchester University just liked they always talked about since they became friends. But she's noticing how Scarlett is now being in more and more relationships and Skylar hasn't been in one since 7th grade. Now she's wondering what love is and why can't she find it?

Ryan Windsor is the crowned prince of England. He is at the age of which he should be finding someone to marry since he is next in line to the throne. He has always thought that you had to love someone to marry them, but with his mother pushing and pushing girls toward him he doesn't really know what love is, but he wants to find it.

As fate pushes them together will they find out what love is?
