Prussia, born into Europe's most powerful and infamous family, is feared for his unyielding strength and legendary prowess. A stoic warrior, he views love as a weakness-until his father forces him into an arranged marriage with a gentle, resilient lady-in-waiting from the Spanish Empire's wife. She is everything he is not: warm, compassionate, and unafraid of his fearsome reputation. As they navigate the turbulent world of power and politics, Prussia finds himself drawn to her in ways he never expected. For the first time in 600 years, he faces an enemy he cannot defeat: the unexpected pull of love.
This forced union, intended to strengthen alliances, brings two clashing worlds together. The court whispers of her impending doom, for how could any woman endure a life beside a man like Prussia, a man of unparalleled power, feared as much as he is respected? But with time, her steadfast heart and quiet courage challenge his unshakable ideals. As the two of them are thrown into the games of politics, power, and perhaps betrayal, Prussia must confront the possibility that love is not a distraction but a force capable of shifting destinies. And for the first time in his six centuries, he faces an adversary he has no strategy against: the woman who holds the key to his heart.
"You are mine," He murmured across my skin. He inhaled my scent deeply and kissed the mark he gave me. I shuddered as he lightly nipped it. "Danny, you are mine and only mine, you understand?"
Daniella Saunders had a pretty rough life. After being heartbroken and betrayed by both her father and her boyfriend, Danny moves to a small town to find the comfort of her mother. Everything is not what it seems and soon, Danny finds herself in the middle of a world she didn't even knew existed outside of fiction novels and movies. Not only does the town seem bizarre, but her senses heighten, her temper is out of control, and her hunger amplify. Throw in an arrogant, selfish, sexy, possessive player who didn't even want her in the first place, her life just seamlessly attract madness. Especially with those creepy threats coming from a "Silver Bullet", she can't keep still.
