Pokémon Academy but with something different

I could not find a better picture so it's amber and Mewtwo (just ignore it or imagine it is Ash instead I am lazy)

Couldn't think of a title for this, but here is a little introduction:

In this story Ash's origins will be different. He is not the son of Delia Ketchum nor he was born and raised in Pallet Town. In this universe, he is the grandson of Dr Fuji. So in a way I am replacing Amber with Ash. (If you don't understand the above text, watch the start of Mewtwo Strikes Back, you might need to watch the Japanese version or the uncut English version as they for some reason got rid of the Mewtwo's origins part in the English release) I know Amber is the daughter of Fuji in the anime, but I wanted it to make more sense for this story. In this story I want to mix the games and the anime. The academy stuff will come a little later after a long prologue/a few chapters. Expect most game and anime characters existing in this story, also Ash is going to be like Red and he has an alter ego to disguise himself which similar to silver but changing some aspects.
