While Megumi and Nobara know each other IRL, all they know about Yuuji is that he's an energetic teammate who goes by the username punchingtiger320, and all Yuuji knows is that his two friends are friends in real life and they all make a great team together. Sure, maybe Megumi has a thing for his long distance friend, but it's not like it would ever go anywhere.
