I had been preparing for the biggest hit of my modeling career, a golden ticket that happened once in a lifetime and fulfilled my heart with innumerable fantasies. But at the very grasp of my hand, it faded away like a memory to be forgotten in the bitterness of regret. All I wished for was another opportunity to strive. To make amends, to set everything right. To embark on the journey I had forgotten or dwell on the luxury I now desired.

After a new problem threatened to crumble my life, I was in desolation and despair, on my way to crash into the darkest pit of misery. That is until a seemingly stray from light appeared in a fancy-pressed suit, a lurking temptation that promised to transform my life how I wanted it to.

But the devil disguises himself as an angel of light and conducts a crime organization behind my back. And good things don't come as they seem. I should've known it was too good to be true.

Drunk on the high of life, I was left senseless.

Blinded by what I thought love was, I forgot the main motive for this proposal: Papa.

Distrust, betrayal, loyalty, and the darkest but purest form of love I encountered.

Most importantly, who would tell me that something much sinister lurked in the shadows of glamour?
