Long lost sister of the brothers Sam and Dean Winchester, Charlotte Winchester stumbles upon a mysterious box in her deceased mother's closet, with her name on it from her father who abandoned her when she was 10. She finds many things in that box, but was not prepared to find out about a whole side of family she never knew about.
The Winchester brothers take in Charlotte, hesitantly of course, and make her apart of the family. She struggles to adjust to the hunters life, not agreeing with the violence of it. The brothers get a tip off of the whereabouts of a powerful 300 year old witch they have been looking for and take Charlotte with them for her safety. Upon retrieval of the witch, Rowena, they mistreat her and treat her poorly to which Charlotte goes behind Dean's back to help her. This stuns the witch but causes and unlikely bond to grow between the two. How far will this relationship grow and will her brothers let it stand?
