Sage is usually very busy at her Sugar Spice Café surrounded by the sweet smells of freshly baked pastries and an entire raft of sounds made by a chit-chat of customers over coffee. She thinks she is really too busy to find time for anything else besides working. There is always something to bake, another person to serve; regular customers keep flowing in. It is a life that she has made for herself, a reclined one in a cocoon of comfort that guarantees smiles from patrons with her creations. But sometimes, while seeing young lovers sharing hushed conversations, cinnamon rolls, and croissants, she questions: will she ever find love? In the rat-race of life, she has entirely omitted thinking about what it means to let someone in.
