The nextdoor ghost

Rhea moved into the old British-era building in Mumbai expecting vintage charm, maybe a few quirks-but certainly not a haunted reputation, nor an annoying new neighbor. And definitely not Arjun Singh Rathore.

Arjun, a serious, mysterious guy from a traditional Rajput family, defied his family's wishes to study fashion design. Calm and collected, he doesn't take life (or Rhea's annoyance) as seriously as she does. Rhea can't stand his smug calmness, while he seems to find her irritation endlessly entertaining.

Living next door to each other, they face creaky floors, ghostly whispers, and a series of spooky encounters that force them to rely on each other, unearth hidden mysteries, and somehow survive life as fashion design students. Add in Rhea's best friend, who's secretly crushing on Arjun, and things only get more tangled.
