But the truth? The truth was she wasn't so sure anymore. It was all supposed to be about proving she belonged. But now, with the camera on her, the weight of all those expectations-hers and everyone else's-felt like it was crushing her.

The text from Barry buzzed again, like a reminder she couldn't ignore.

"How's it feel being ahead for once?"

She couldn't help but smile bitterly as she typed back.

"I don't know."
