As the world celebrated in ignorant bliss, whispers began to spread across the land. Whispers of a forgotten power, a legacy thought long extinguished from the annals of history.
"People thought Dragons were gone from the world," they said. "They thought the Targaryens were gone." But it seemed the gods were not done with their jokes. The Targaryens had returned, their strength unparalleled, their might making their predecessors seem tame in comparison.
In the East, tales of the Silver Empress and her kin reached the ears of merchants and lords alike. The Dragon Queen's reign had begun, her presence a beacon of hope and fear in equal measure. Her return sent shockwaves through the hearts of men, a reminder that the blood of Old Valyria still coursed through the veins of those who commanded the skies.
In the shadows, however, a different force prepared for a war of ice and fire. The Night King's relentless march would soon clash with the fury of dragons, and the fate of the world would hang in the balance.
Unbeknownst to them, an epic battle between light and darkness loomed ever closer, and the return of the Targaryens would prove to be both a blessing and a curse. The wheel of fate had turned once more, the players on the board positioned for a game that would decide the very fate of humankind.
