Ratan Tata's journey as a visionary leader and philanthropist is a testament to his relentless pursuit of innovation, social welfare, and excellence.

Early Life and Education
Born on December 28, 1937, in Mumbai, Ratan Tata was raised in a family deeply embedded in the values of service and nation-building. After his parents' separation, he was raised by his grandmother, Lady Navajbai Tata, whose influence instilled a sense of discipline and responsibility in him.

Leadership at Tata Group
Ratan Tata joined the Tata Group in 1961, starting his career on the shop floor of Tata Steel in Jamshedpur. This experience gave him an understanding of the value of hard work and the daily challenges faced by employees. In 1991, he succeeded J.R.D.
