How About Another Dance?

Baxter Alexander Ward is often called cold and cynical... and for the most part, it's true. His trip to Sunset Bird hadn't changed that, despite meeting someone who genuinely loved them.
It was hard to leave when the first person who looked past everything cried for him to come back, but that was what he was best at; running away.

How was he supposed to know he would meet with them once again?
