When Kiyomi is hired as a new teacher at Hero Academy, UA High, she's overcome with worry about being the outcast. Everyone around her is so close-knit, powerful, and above all, they act like family. To Kiyomi, that's a touchy subject. She's always been the runt of the litter -- a late bloomer, the bottom of the class, and she was late to get her provisional license. Becoming a teacher at UA was what she'd been waiting for; it's what she needed to escape the past. Lending a helping hand to students isn't enough, though, and this 'fresh start' is nearly impossible. Impossible, until Kiyomi learns someone does understand her, much to her disbelief. Her work seems pointless, until the 1-A homeroom teacher eases her anxieties, and she soon realizes being a hero is more than just being a face on a screen. For Kiyomi, she'd do anything to forget the horrors of her past; and for Shouta, he'd do anything to erase it for her. Aizawa x OC Slowburn? Stays relatively cannon All rights reserved :D
