And Lilibeth, ever patient, reads each letter with a quiet smile. She keeps them close, tucking them into a jar beside her bed, where they rest among his other missives. There, she can revisit his love again and again-each word a soft echo of his soul.
To others, this way of loving may seem outdated. Uninspired. A relic of a slower, forgotten time. But as the old saying goes, "Old is gold. " And gold endures.
Just like a treasured heirloom passed through generations, or a fading photograph that still holds warmth-his letters are steeped in something timeless.
