Open Doors

When Alice loses her dad to cancer, her life begins to feel like a cloud of darkness. But Alice is determined to move past her grief, and that cold February day, and step into a season of healing during the chilly fall season. she meets Grace, a girl her age, who comes into Alice and her mom's bookstore one day. As they bond over their mutual love of horror, writing, and the nostalgic 90's a friendship begins. Their love of games they used to play as kids such as light as a feather, stiff as a board leads them down a rabbit hole of darker games. As they play one game that opens up the doors inside of their minds, they may open some doors that are hard to close. Will darkness consume Alice's mind completely?
