You have just graduated from a police academy at the top of your class, and would be transferring out to Republic City Police Department. Excitement doesn't cover the emotions you are feeling for accomplishing your dreams of walking in Toph Beifong's footsteps. Following in her footsteps was one thing, but when you come to find out you would be partnered with her daughter Lin Beifong herself, you couldn't help fangirling.

Over the months you work with the Chief, you start to weasel your way into her heart. She is supportive and kind to you, but only when you two are alone, otherwise she is rough and abrasive with you in front of others, not wanting to give away that she can be softer. What will become of this relationship? Will you successfully work your way up the chain and become her second in command?
