When a string of medical anomalies surfaces at St. Bart's-patients mysteriously falling ill with symptoms that don't quite add up-Avani and Sherlock are forced to work together. But as the cases grow darker and more dangerous, it becomes clear that someone is targeting the hospital-and Avani may be the next victim.

With every case they solve together, the tension between them intensifies-emotionally, intellectually, and inevitably, romantically. But as the stakes rise, so does the risk. Sherlock's growing feelings for Avani complicate everything-especially when he realizes that solving this case may come at a cost that he's not willing to pay.
