Eliza Smith was a girl walking on sunshine. Whenever people say her her smile shun so bright and her laugh could be heard for miles. For this reason people believed she had the perfect life for how could someone so joyful live in misery. But they were far from correct. The only thing truly brightening her life was Barry Allen. Her best friend for as long as she can remember which helped her stay sain.

Eliza finally comes back to Central City after completing her PHD in human biology and biochemistry. She finds herself working alongside her old friend at the CCPD before a life changing event turns both their lives around for better or worse.
