Class 2-A is currently having Vlad king as a sub for them, why, well Aizawa had a mission he needed to attend. Aizawa was unable to find someone to sub for him besides the class B teacher who just had someone sub for him instead.

And besides, he didn't ask for this project, more like it was forced upon him simply because he is the only one fit for the job.
