Naruto was banished from Konoha after being blamed for the failed Sasuke Retrieval Mission. Left broken and betrayed by the very village he once dreamed of protecting, Naruto wandered aimlessly, burdened by loneliness and despair. It was during this time that Kyubi, the Nine-Tails sealed within him, spoke up. For the first time, Kyubi offered not just mockery but a begrudging partnership. Faced with their mutual need for survival, the two struck a deal: they would work together.
Kyubi revealed Naruto's true heritage as the son of Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, and Kushina Uzumaki, a princess of the nearly extinct Uzumaki clan. He also told Naruto of Uzushiogakure, the hidden village that was once the Uzumaki clan's stronghold before its destruction. Learning of his legacy ignited a fire within Naruto. Determined to rise above his betrayal and honor the Uzumaki name, Naruto vowed to rebuild Uzushiogakure and restore the clan's former glory.
