More Than Us - A Landoscar story

Two teammates, always side by side but never too close. One carries their pain in silence, the other sees more than they let on. The signs are there- sleepless nights, skipped meals, hidden scars, eyes that speak what words won't.

It's in the smallest things. A hand brushing too quickly. A quiet "you, okay?" that gets no answer. A look that lingers just a second too long.

Neither says anything, and maybe they never will. But as the space between them grows smaller, the question hangs heavy: will they keep their distance, or risk stepping closer?
