A narrator named Victor, convinced of his own righteousness, hides a secret within the walls of his home. As police close in, a knocking that he hears on the door, or maybe in his mind grows louder, threatening to expose not only his crimes but his crumbling sanity. In the spiral of his guilt and madness, he must confront the monster he has become before it consumes him entirely-or succumb to the weight of his guilt, allowing it to consume him forever.
