So this is a short story that I wrote a few years ago and just had lying around. 
So I thought: Why not just publish it and see how it turns out.

It's about a girl named Lia . 
Lia has just moved to the countryside with her adoptive parents.
At her new school she gets a couple of nice and sweet friends and everything genuinely seems like it's going well.
But while everything is going well there is a spooky house outside the small town that keeps on tempting Lia with its mysteries, and even more mysterious owner...
