"I'm certain you will become a pro hero someday." Hawks opened his eyes and looked up at me, his soft smile making my heartbeat fasten. "You really think so?" I nodded and tucked one strand of his hair behind his ear. I didn't even think about what I was doing. I wasn't scared to embarrass myself anymore. I wasn't even thinking about anything anymore. Nothing surrounding us mattered. My brother could come running towards us standing in flames and I'd still need to be slapped some sense into before I would react. Hawk's smile grew a bit, but stayed soft. "If I become a pro hero, you'll be one too. Let's... be heroes together. Like a duo or something... Like partners. You have crimson hair and I have crimson wings. It would fit so well." I smiled brighter at him. The thought of growing up and becoming heroes with him made me so happy. - But things can change so fast. Someone can become a completely new person in only a few years. Two childhood "friends" meet after many years again and realize that their feelings for each other haven't faded at all. But can a villain and a hero really be together or are they destined to fall apart?

The number two hero, Hawks, may seem like your typical hero. Fighting crime and helping the world. But underneath, he wants it to burn. He spies for the biggest group of villains, L.O.V. After a bit of working for L.O.V., he finds something. One of the villains is a total lovebird hidden under tough and angry skin, and this red-feathered lovebird strikes a nerve that reveals the hidden side of him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In this AU, Hawks is a little bit of a psychopath. He loves death and causing mayhem. He's Toga 2.0, but male and a little different. His feathers can sense stuff when they aren't connected to him. Every countryhuman has their own unique pair of wings, different patterns, different colors... If one is born wingless, then they'll be met with a brutal reset. Each countryhuman's wings are also associated with a type of power. Ice, water, fire... You get it? But over the centuries, there is always a legend about the one winged countryhuman, that could cause forever chaos and havoc with just a touch from its feathers. Of course, they wouldn't allow that type of power to be obtained by such a lower tier person, who knows what they could do with that power? So they gave him a reset, a reset that'll change his life, forever. ... Sometimes countries would try to show dominance over others, while others would rather hide to avoid getting caught up in those situations. But there's one thing that always kept them in check, something that kept them in line. The punishment of losing their wings. Sure they'll still be alive, but they can't regrow their wings, and even worse, their power comes from their wings as well. Read the story to find out the rest, then you'll find out the main problem. "If those 'things', get in the wrong hands. Things are going to become worse then it already is."
