This book is a compilation of homilies from the priest at the church where I attended Mass. Also included are teachings from Bible studies and the Spiritual Growth series. I have added my own reflections and learnings, based on my personal experiences.

As I sought to release negative emotions and rejuvenate my spirit, I was inspired to write this compilation of homilies and quotes drawn from various religious individuals who have deeply influenced me.

I wanted to share this so that others may hear the message I received from God, and hopefully, it will help them in their daily battles.
