I have been waiting to crack this podcast open for so long, and episode 258 finally gave me enough evidence to actually put together a theory that *might* make sense. Which probably means it's wrong knowing this show. But, either way, I've gone a bit insane.
This isn't even all the lore. It's just my ramblings about Cecil. There's far more here and how it connects to him, but this is what I've put together now.

It had a miniature hour glass charm that had beautiful symbols on it... although I don't remember where I got it from. I've been having dreams, many dreams in fact. A man with a blue box. That is why sometimes people break themself in order to wait for that moment. But sometimes that moment never comes and you yourself are the one rotting away in this miserable life, so why wait when you could put your hands in it? "You are wrong. When Shen Wei ran away at the age of 15 years old, he never thought that he would come back again, trying to untie the knot that had been lingering in his heart for years, he came back once again trying to understand some events, but to be honest, for him, it is just an excuse, he just wants to see the lights once again, to be able to proudly says "Mom, I have made it, the sinner have already been punished and you have nothing to worry about anymore". Even if it means to drag others down to hell with him.
