What happens when mating season is upon them and there is nothing Chelsie can do to fight her animal instincts? How many more bonds have to break before the Foot Clan is defeated once and for all?

Splinter, the rat sensei, senses something amiss in New York City. Shredder's students Jesse, Jamey, Tasneem, and Cheyenne join the brothers after seeing that they can become heroes like the brothers. After a few days of staying with the brothers while getting to know them more, each sister started to fall for one of the brothers. Jamey and Raph started dating, and Cheyenne and Donnie started dating a few days before Jamey and Raph started. Mikey and Tasneem started dating sometime after them and finally, Jesse and Leo started after them. When Leonardo comes home from his long venture, there is an immediate strain on his relationship with Raphael while mysterious Foot Clan activity and monster sightings cause additional difficulty. The teenage terrapins must somehow renew and strengthen their bond if they are to have any hope of defeating an evil industrialist's army of ancient monsters.Complete
TMNT: Anata Wa Hitorijanai
The legend of Shredder and foot clan turned out to be real but there could be hope. The last hope of defence is young mutant turtle, who's life just changed, and not for the better. (Better story inside.) This is AU story. There mutants and humans live together but the relationship between them isn't the best. Leonardo is painted turtle. Raphael is red eared slider. Donatello is razorback musk turtle. Michelangelo is chinese softshell turtle. I write warning here so it won't be a shock: turtles aren't truly brothers and Splinter is only a sensei. It is just "what if" thing. Raph and Leo are step brothers and the story focuses on those two as they deal with family drama. Shredder's Associate (a TMNT fanfiction)
Two years ago, Shredder got ahold of Mikey and almost killed him. Now Shredder is dead, but Mikey is scarred for life. He doesn't laugh anymore, and rarely smiles. He barely even talks. The only time he does talk, is if he's having a panic attack. Raph, Leo, Donnie, Splinter, Casey, and April have given up hope that the old Mikey will ever be back again, until Ellie comes along. Ellie first makes Mikey talk without having a panic attack for the first time in over 2 years, and then he starts to smile more, laugh more, and actually be himself! She becomes best friends with the turtles, April, Karai, and Casey, and everything is normal again, except this time, none of them have to worry about any villains to fight. Until April goes missing. No one has any idea who could've done this. Kraang is history, and so is Shredder. The Purple Dragons would never attempt to try anything like this, knowing the turtles were dangerous opponents. So who could've done this? Mikey and Ellie try and figure it out, and they do. But who it is...they thought was long gone.
