The Turtles beat Eric Sacks and Shredder, they beat Kraang, but their next challenge is their own brotherhood. When one of the turtles falls for Casey's younger sister, Chelsie, things turn upside down when the Foot Clan run an experiment on the younger Jones.
What happens when mating season is upon them and there is nothing Chelsie can do to fight her animal instincts? How many more bonds have to break before the Foot Clan is defeated once and for all?

Tnmt 2012 Season 1: An alien/magical leader
Angel Kokomo is back, but as Ninja Turtles and April O'Neil, the oldest sister and a very, very special member of the hamato clan. The story starts with the turtles (Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo) leaving their lair for the first time, and they immediately come into conflict with the Kraang, an alien race who are kidnapping Angel's adopted younger sister April O'Neil and her father Kirby, with Donatello developing a crush on the former, they are unable to stop the Kraang. In order to work well as a team, Splinter chooses Angel as their leader, they are able to save her sister April but not Kirby and become friends regardless. Their first encounter with the Kraang leads the Shredder to discovering his old enemy's hideout. During the course of the story, the turtles and Angel learn more about the history between Splinter and the Shredder, that they were like brothers but their love for Tang Shen caused them to become enemies and the latter accidentally killed Tang Shen. The turtles and Angel meet Leatherhead, a mutant alligator who becomes an ally. The turtles and Angel are usually thwarting Kraang, the Foot or mutants created by the mutagen, the turtles and Angel also meet Karai, Shredder's adopted daughter who is not as hostile as the rest of the Foot with them until they betray her to take Shredder out. The turtles and Angel eventually meet Kraang Prime, the Kraang's hive mind who using Technodrome tries to invade Earth but is thwarted, Splinter also faces Shredder for the first time after many years and learns that Karai is actually Miwa, his daughter.

Book 1 What if there was another girl that found out about the turtles? One that was their age? Enter Rachel Collins, a 16 year old transfer student who decided to ride the subway for the first time the night the Foot decided to attack it. Armed with only her self-preservation instincts and sarcasm she's quick to befriend the boys and adds an interesting addition to their fight for the city. Who knows, love might be discovered along the way. ;) Warning: This with be a Polyamory relationship between Rachel and all of the brothers but there will be NO insest! After a few days of staying with the brothers while getting to know them more, each sister started to fall for one of the brothers. Jamey and Raph started dating, and Cheyenne and Donnie started dating a few days before Jamey and Raph started. Mikey and Tasneem started dating sometime after them and finally, Jesse and Leo started after them. When Leonardo comes home from his long venture, there is an immediate strain on his relationship with Raphael while mysterious Foot Clan activity and monster sightings cause additional difficulty. The teenage terrapins must somehow renew and strengthen their bond if they are to have any hope of defeating an evil industrialist's army of ancient monsters.Complete

The legend of Shredder and foot clan turned out to be real but there could be hope. The last hope of defence is young mutant turtle, who's life just changed, and not for the better. (Better story inside.) This is AU story. There mutants and humans live together but the relationship between them isn't the best. Leonardo is painted turtle. Raphael is red eared slider. Donatello is razorback musk turtle. Michelangelo is chinese softshell turtle. I write warning here so it won't be a shock: turtles aren't truly brothers and Splinter is only a sensei. It is just "what if" thing. Raph and Leo are step brothers and the story focuses on those two as they deal with family drama. Shredder's Associate (a TMNT fanfiction)
Two years ago, Shredder got ahold of Mikey and almost killed him. Now Shredder is dead, but Mikey is scarred for life. He doesn't laugh anymore, and rarely smiles. He barely even talks. The only time he does talk, is if he's having a panic attack. Raph, Leo, Donnie, Splinter, Casey, and April have given up hope that the old Mikey will ever be back again, until Ellie comes along. Ellie first makes Mikey talk without having a panic attack for the first time in over 2 years, and then he starts to smile more, laugh more, and actually be himself! She becomes best friends with the turtles, April, Karai, and Casey, and everything is normal again, except this time, none of them have to worry about any villains to fight. Until April goes missing. No one has any idea who could've done this. Kraang is history, and so is Shredder. The Purple Dragons would never attempt to try anything like this, knowing the turtles were dangerous opponents.
