Oxtra Narikami is a notorious scientist in the 2060s, the golden age of technology and innovation... and also the dark age of pollution.  
    And Oxtra is no ordinary scientist. He is known as the "Crazy Scientist". 
    Why is that? He often causes gigantic electro-magnetic explosions without any warning, affecting the environment and people in the process. However, the governments don't use all their efforts to stop him, because he is a perfect excuse to not spend time and money for solutions to environmental problems.  
    Then what are his experiments about? They are about looking for a way to travel to another world. He has dreamed of travelling to a magical world since he was a child, and he has been spending all 57 years of his life to achieve it. And one day, he has finally done it...
