This story follows Steve and Natasha's 'normal' life after their marriage, presented in chronological order.
'And finally, when the world was at peace, the heroes built lives of their own. The Soldier and Spy fell in love.' (Marvel's Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow).
The title of this story is inspired by a quote from the animated film Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow (2008), where James Rogers - the son of Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff - asks to hear about his parents' adventures.

The chapter 'It Had to Be You' (the first part of the story), was originally posted on May 9, 2015 (Fanfiction and Ao3). This version has since been expanded and doubled in length. New chapters will be coming soon, and I hope you enjoy them. The cover art, created by me, was first posted on DeviantArt in 2015.

Endings And New Beginnings
This is a sequel to Red Winter. I didn't plan on writing a sequel but here it is! Again, the events transpire in a timeline where they've restored everything after defeating Thanos and reversing the effects of the snap. This is focused on Natasha, Bucky and Steve only. I have always appreciated the dynamics of Steve and Natasha's relationship even if there is no romance in it. And I often wonder how Natasha and Bucky would interact in the present considering their past. Again, I don't own Marvel and any of its characters. Just like you I daydream what happens between the fades in and fades out, between the end of the movie, its mid-credits scene and end-credit scene. And this is the result, one of the results. Romanogers: Cold as Ice
First, this is a fanfic for Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and Steve Rogers/Captain America. Second, this will kind of go through the MCU timeline but not a lot. It will jump around and have some new parts. Third, I don't know everything about the Avengers but I know enough (I think). Fourth, this might have spelling errors and I'm sorry if it does. Fifth, this is meant for a little older audience so just warning this will have foul language, blood, guns, and fighting. This won't have descriptive sex scenes because i don't like writing those.
