Every few years, the Lord of the manor selects young girls from the village to serve him. No one refuses. No one dares.

Y/N is chosen. Alone and inexperienced, she enters his vast, shadowed estate, where whispers die in the halls, and his presence feels like a weight pressing on her chest. The Lord is a man of few words, his silence sharper than any command. Cold, untouchable, and feared by all, he moves through the world as though nothing and no one can touch him.

But then there's her.

"Go to sleep," he says, his voice low and sharp, yet his gaze lingers, just a second too long, tracing the curve of her neck, the trembling rise of her breath. There's something dangerous in the way his eyes darken, something she doesn't dare name.

Punishment turns to obsession. Fear blurs into desire. In his dark world, nothing comes without a price.
